Meaghan P. Ruddy, MA, PhD, is the Senior Vice President of Academic Affairs, Enterprise Assessment and Advancement and IRB Institutional Official for The Wright Center for Graduate Medical Education, and the Chief Research and Development Officer for The Wright Center for Community Health in Northeast Pennsylvania. She oversees several departments including GME programs, Grants, Research Support and Compliance, Project Management, and Clerkships. She is an adjunct clinical professor for ATSU-SOMA and has a master’s degree in Theology doctorate and Human Development.

She is a dually certified coach (BCC, ACC), and has served as an IHI Coach Fellow. She is a member of STFM, a member of/ reviewer for the American Society for Bioethics and the Humanities, a reviewer for the JGME and Academic Medicine, a Consulting Editor and reviewer for the Journal of Transformative Education, and a grant reviewer for the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA).

Dr. Ruddy has worked closely with leaders in FQHCs and the federal government on issues pertaining to clinical learning environment development, GME programs and quality improvement, and GME funding. She has published pieces related to transformation in Academic Medicine and Reflective Med Ed and has presented at numerous national conferences on a variety of topics from accreditation pathways to mindfulness to professional development.
